Order Cancellations
Contact Ship Lanka as soon as possible with your order number if you need to request a cancellation. A cancellation may not be possible after an order has been processed, dispatched or delivered. Any approved cancellation is handled under this policy.
Return Eligibility
Return eligibility depends on the product, order status, delivery stage and condition of the item. Products should be unused, complete and returned with their original packaging, accessories and proof of purchase where applicable. Items that have been used, damaged after delivery or altered may not qualify. Contact us promptly so we can review the specific product and circumstances.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged, is different from the product ordered or appears defective, contact Ship Lanka promptly with the order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video where appropriate. We will review the information and explain the available replacement, return or refund resolution.
Unavailable or Out-of-Stock Items
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment and we cannot fulfil the order, we will notify the customer and initiate the applicable refund within one working day. Additional settlement time may be controlled by the payment provider or financial institution.
Refund Eligibility and Processing
Refunds are issued only after the request and, where applicable, the returned product have been reviewed and approved. Approved refunds are returned through an available payment method. Original delivery charges or other completed service costs may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by us. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
